• The max loan is $50,000 ($75,000 for solar + battery storage)
• Max term is 15 years (20 years for solar + battery storage)
• Solar + battery storage for purchases only, no leases
• Minimum FICO score we will review is 600
• We do proof of income on all applications
• You must use an approved GoGreen Home contractor for the energy approved items
• The GoGreen loan allows for 70% toward approved energy items (Window, HVAC, solar + battery storage) and the other 30% can be for non-energy upgrades
• We pay the contractor at the end of the project, after loan docs are signed
• No dealer fees or buy downs
• We would need a recent copy of your bill for the gas and electric
• No early payment penalties
• No additional fees
• Re-amortization at no charge
