From initial estimate to the completion of the installation of new roof  I have only praise for Ron Latham, his Staff, and most importantly his crew of roofers.  Ron maintained close supervision of the installation which allowed for an exceptional job to be done. This was my first roof installation and because of Ron and the crew assigned to my job, I learned so much and honestly enjoyed the process. Outstanding Service & Quality Work – Highly Recommended! It has been an absolute pleasure working with Mr. Rondie and Ichi Ban Roofing over the years. Their customer service is truly unmatched. Years ago, we had our roof installed by them, and recently needed a patch. Mr. Rondie handled it quickly and professionally, with no hassle at all. What really impressed me was when I mentioned a concern about another unit. He took the time to inspect it and determined it was likely a seal issue, not the roof itself. He went ahead and fixed it—at no charge. That kind of care and integrity is rare.
